New owners just took over my building I’ve been here over 12 years. They gave me a no fault eviction to renovate. I am a disabled very sick woman on disability I cannot find anything they told me I could stay for $1500 a mo from $796 plus an extra $500 dep. They called it a CHANGE IN TERMS not a rent increase.
